Name That Bug
Have you seen anything like this before?.
The little fellow sat as still as could be on my front door window for 24 hours, looking like nothing more than a wayward stick. The next time I saw him, he was inside, watching TV. My beloved, the family expert on bug life, assures me that this is not a baby dragonfly, as the babies have other methods of working their way into this world. But he too was stumped.
I haven’t seen the little fella since the day I took this picture: I’m thinking that he’s withered up into something resembling an old piece of birch bark. But if you have any clues, drop me a line, won’t you?
