If Koeppel’s dire prediction becomes reality, we here in Canada will either have to build solar-powered greenhouses to grow everything, or be faced with the prospect of slicing apples on our breakfast cereal. Or maybe rutabaga.
I wonder if the tobacco fields that once dominated Southern Ontario can be re-tooled to grow coffee?
